APPOINTMENT POLICIES Be Salon by Ceidy Lee

At Be Salon by Ceidy Lee, we are passionate about welcoming you and ensuring the best possible experience. To secure your spot on our schedule and maintain our standard of excellence, please review our appointment policies below.

Appointment Deposit A deposit is required to confirm your appointment and works as follows:

-Secures your spot at the salon on your selected date and time

-Is applied toward the total cost of your service

-Is required for all services without exception

Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods for deposits and services:

-ATH Móvil

-Cash

-Credit Cards

-PayPal

⚠️ Important: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, to maintain the organization of our schedule and respect our team's time, the following policies apply:

-Cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 to 3 days in advance

-In the case of an emergency, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required

-A 15-minute grace period will be honored. After this time, the reserved appointment and deposit will be forfeited without exception

-After 2 unjustified cancellations, Be Salon by Ceidy Lee reserves the right to limit future reservation.

After-Hours Appointments Upon client request, appointments scheduled outside our regular business hours of Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, will incur an additional charge that will be communicated at the time of booking.
