Is there a minimum purchase? There is no minimum purchase required. Order as much or as little as you need!
Is shipping free? Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States and Puerto Rico over $200.00. All shipments are made through USPS.
How long does it take to process my order? Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
When do orders ship? Orders go out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
How long will it take for my package to arrive? Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept ATH Móvil, PayPal, and credit or debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo.
Can I pick up my order at the salon? Absolutely! You can pick up your order directly at Be Salon by Ceidy Lee, located at Plaza Pradera, Bayamón, PR. Please coordinate your pickup via WhatsApp at (787) 780-0535.
Are your products professional and authentic? 100%. At Be Salon we only use and sell professional-grade products from the best brands in the market. Your hair deserves nothing but the best.
What if my product arrives damaged or doesn't arrive? If your product arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us immediately at byceidylee@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at (787) 780-0535. We will resolve your situation as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy? For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty products that have been opened or used. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at byceidylee@gmail.com.
Do you offer customer service in Spanish? Of course! Our entire team speaks Spanish and we are happy to assist you in either language.
