SHIPPING POLICY Be Salon by Ceidy Lee
What are my shipping options? We offer standard shipping through USPS to Puerto Rico, the United States, and worldwide. Shipping costs will depend on your location. Orders over $200.00 qualify for FREE standard shipping within Puerto Rico and the continental United States.
How long will it take to receive my order? Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Puerto Rico and United States: Between 2 to 5 business days after placing your order. Delivery time may vary depending on USPS.
- Other international locations: Between 3 to 6 weeks from the date of your order. The wide range is due to different customs clearance policies in each country. Most of our customers receive their order within 2 weeks.
We are a small, independent company, so these times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you need an update on your order status, do not hesitate to contact us.
When do orders ship? Orders are processed and shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday within a 48-hour processing period. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
AFTER YOUR ORDER
What is the exchange policy? Be Salon by Ceidy Lee offers an exchange or store credit within 48 hours from the confirmed receipt of the order. For a request to be considered, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item was incorrectly sent due to an error on our part
- The product presents physical damage and the outer packaging is in perfect condition upon delivery — indicating a manufacturing defect or internal handling issue
Please note the following:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with do not qualify for exchange or store credit
- Personal hygiene or intimate use products are not covered due to hygiene concerns
- Items purchased on sale or at a special price do not qualify for exchange or store credit
- No monetary refunds are issued — a store credit valid for 30 days will be issued upon approval
Products with Damaged Packaging If the product arrives broken and the outer packaging also shows visible damage, the claim must be filed directly with USPS at www.usps.com as the damage is attributable to the shipping process and not to Be Salon by Ceidy Lee.
Lost or Delayed Packages Be Salon by Ceidy Lee is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or mishandled once the shipment has been confirmed and accepted by USPS. At that point, the package becomes the sole responsibility of USPS. We strongly recommend filing a claim directly with USPS at www.usps.com to report and resolve your situation. Be Salon by Ceidy Lee does not accept claims related to lost or delayed packages under any circumstances.
My order has not arrived, what do I do? If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please email us your order number at byceidylee@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at (787) 780-0535 and we will begin investigating your case as soon as possible.
