EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY Be Salon by Ceidy Lee

Claim Period Be Salon by Ceidy Lee accepts exchange or store credit requests within a period of 48 hours from the confirmed receipt of the order. Once this period has elapsed, no claims will be processed under any circumstances.

Eligibility Conditions For a request to be considered, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item was incorrectly sent due to an error on our part
  • The product presents physical damage and the outer packaging is in perfect condition upon delivery — indicating a manufacturing defect or internal handling issue

Products with Damaged Packaging If the product arrives broken and the outer packaging also shows visible damage, the claim must be filed directly with USPS at www.usps.com as the damage is attributable to the shipping process and not to Be Salon by Ceidy Lee.

Non-Eligible Items Be Salon by Ceidy Lee does not process exchanges or issue store credits in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products purchased by mistake by the customer
  • Items purchased on sale, promotion, or at a special price
  • Requests submitted outside the established 48-hour period
  • Lost or delayed packages once shipment has been confirmed by USPS
  • Products with visible damage to the outer packaging upon delivery

Lost or Delayed Packages Be Salon by Ceidy Lee is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or mishandled once the shipment has been confirmed and accepted by USPS. At that point, the package becomes the sole responsibility of USPS. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, we strongly recommend filing a claim directly with USPS at www.usps.com to report and resolve your situation. Be Salon by Ceidy Lee does not accept claims related to lost or delayed packages under any circumstances.

How to Submit a Claim To initiate a warranty request, the customer must contact us within the established 48-hour period through the following channels, including photographs of the product, the packaging, and the order number:

Resolution Be Salon by Ceidy Lee does not issue monetary refunds. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, a store credit equivalent to the value of the product will be issued, applicable exclusively toward future purchases of Be Salon by Ceidy Lee products.

Appointment Deposits If you make a deposit through this website to reserve an appointment at Be Salon by Ceidy Lee, please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit secures your appointment and will not be returned or applied to a different date, stylist, or service under any circumstances.

Be Salon by Ceidy Lee reserves the right to approve or deny any request that does not meet the conditions established in this policy.
